Was seated quickly but without menus, went and got our own. Waited for 20 mins and never once saw a waiter or waitress. Ended up leaving and going to huddle house down the road where we were promptly served.
This had the best french dip aw juice I have ever tasted. I applaud this meal. This store. Waitress and cooks. Thank you. Love the atmosphere too.
Bunch of rising stars. But not all bad. Food tasted like the other locations as always.
The woman manager came by checking on every seated guess, I forgot to ask her name. She was great. She had a very low cut and was tall. Our service was excellent 6 stars if I could Jasmine was our server and she was great she came by often and even helped other guess close to our tables this is the best Cracker Barrel!!!!!!!!
Do not order the to go from this location, unless you lay your eyes on everything you ordered. Also manager Walter isn't very customer oriented, possibly the whole staff needs more or better training.
Came in and was seated around 3:30pm. We ordered our food and drinks after waiting for between 5 to 10 minutes for our waitress to show. We waited a good five minutes for our drinks and the waitress seemed to have an attitude. Asked for biscuits and cornbread when we ordered our food. We got our food by a different waitress and she basically threw the plates on the table! We said we didn't have bread, but it went either unheard or ignored. I waited another 5 or so minutes for our waitress to show back up to complain about no bread and when she did bring out, we got one piece of cornbread and one biscuit. Never ever have we got just 2 pieces of bread. We had to ask for refills and napkins. I don't know what was wrong with these people today. Don't like it at all! Won't be back for a while, if we come back!
