Batesville cabinets initially did a good job for a good price. But when our refrigerator had to be replaced, and the door panel had to be remade, they flat out lied and cheated us. First it took months to get the panel, I don't believe that they started it until I called/went by there multiple times. When it arrived it looked like they threw it together nothing like the original. They quoted me a price but when it was delivered it was 2/3's more than the quote. When I questioned this and threatened to report them to the BBB I was told I'd be refunded the difference. Two months later no refund, no word. All this after we spend over $30,000 with them. Guess they don't appreciate customers. Would never recommend them.
