The Days Inn is horrible if I had another place to go to I would. Your dressers your furniture walls and bathroom your bed your TV stands your frigerator your microwave are all nasty. Your pillows that supposed to be on the bed or not pillows. This is the worst experience I've ever had staying at any hotel specially this one and Batesville. Nor would I recommend anyone to stay here and I will never stay here again myself.
My main complaint is the beds! Online they tell you they have queen beds but they only have full. The location is great. The cleanliness of the room was fair. The hotel definitely could use an update. Lots of stuff falling apart in the room.
I just got here and after reading the other reviews of this particular hotel, I am nothing short of astonished because this is a very clean and newly renovated hotel. Other reviews claimed it was a rat's nest. The person at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. And I have stayed in an array of different hotels. If traveling this highway- when looking for lodging- stay away From Gtenada, Mississippi!!!! Go the extra mile to stop in Batesville.
Location was easy to access and see. Staff and owner were very helpful and nice. Breakfasts are included and the pool is nice. Would highly recommend and definitely will come back
Only giving one star because I have to. This place should be torn down and a parking lot left behind speaking of that they are building a new place next door and had a large hole at the end of the lot near the office. We stayed there after a long day of driving in May of 17 on our way to Orange Beach, AL. Upon our checking in we found used condoms and Large bugs in the room. I am pretty sure that they are not cleaning the rooms. I went to the front desk first to find a few ladies of the night trolling the parking lot looking for a John, The young woman at the desk said that as long as they stay out of the office she didn't care what the girls did. She changed us rooms due to the bugs and rubbers only to find that the AC did not work and TV had a hole in it from what looked to be a small caliber firearm in the next one. My wife was able to sleep but only out of pure exhaustion, the place smelt of drugs and the room next door was fighting and who knows what else. it sounded like they were filming a PORN next door and the walls are paper thin. Around 4:00 am I was startled awake to gun shots and later found that the local PD had paid a visit to someone in the next wing of the building lets just say they got their guy and he wont be doing any more harm to anyone. I am just happy we made it out alive ( unlike the guy the cops shot.) and without catching some type of STD. Life lesson learned I will spring the extra $20 and stay at the Hampton down the road. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE INTO DRUGS AND HOOKERS! The new theme of the place shall be be HOOKER, BLOW AND GUNSHOT WOUNDS.
