I always have good customer service at the Batesville store. The meat and produce is always fresh,and the store is always clean. I'm in Batesville at least once a month and I go in and buy stuff every time I'm there.
Excellent! Only problem: item broken in box when I got it home. I live too far away to make a special trip to return it.
